Derek was absolutely amazing and I wouldn't have ended up with my ideal home without him! He was extremely patient with me as my specs changed significantly throughout the process. We saw 30+ properties over 7 months and not once did he press or check out, but instead became more involved and engaged with finding what I was looking for. I've worked with agents before and no one has been as responsive and on top of things. Derek was matched by Redfin for one of the first houses we toured. There was an instant connection and we decided to work with him for our house search. He was extremely patient with us and never questioned our decision but always tried to find why we passed on our house. He would use all that info and pre-evaluate the next one. Derek was super responsive always. We have exchanged hundreds of texts thruout the day before and after a showing. He got an early appointment to the showing and advised on an offer that helped us get our dream home.
