John is an amazing guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable not only in OC real estate but greater LA area in general. What sets him apart is that he spends extra time to prep all the documents ahead of time so that the client could just breeze through them in no time. He was very considerate to not call me during my work hours but was always available when I wanted to reach out to him.
