Inventory in Santa Ana has increased over the past year, with about 548 active listings in the latest rolling three-month period but slightly fewer than a year ago. Homes are taking around 44 days to go under contract, similar to last fall but longer than peak activity in mid-2024. Contract activity has cooled, with homes sold down about 17 percent and pending sales down about 19 percent year over year, signaling slower turnover.
