My impression after working with John and Diane is that they love what they do and they truly care about their clients. They are always willing to go extra miles to help their clients. I knew what I wanted but it was hard to find what I was looking for in my price range. They gave me some advice on price range but they never pressure you to buy something I didnt want or pressure me to go up higher price range. If I buy another house, I will work with them again. John has been most responsive and helpful to our requests to viewing homes and in answering questions from the beginning. With John's help, we were able to look at a number of homes in the first day in various locales in Santa Ana area, and narrow down to two homes that we would possibly put in bids.
