Don was a pleasure to work with and brought a wealth of local knowledge and solid advice. We were looking for a property with the potential for doing our own improvements (basement build-out, etc.) and his background and knowledge of building and remodeling were extremely valuable. During the several-month period we spent looking at house after house, he was patient and responsive to our needs. And once we chose a property, he expertly guided us through the process. Since the home we chose was being listed through the seller's relocation company, we had a more complex landscape to negotiate involving the seller, relo company, listing agent, as well as our own lender that we chose to go with. Don was a complete professional and we even got feedback from our out-of-state lender saying how smoothly things went.
