I’m Earl Smith, a Texas REALTOR® with EG Realty, proudly serving buyers, sellers, veterans, military families, and investors throughout Central Texas. I specialize in the Killeen, Harker Heights, Temple, Belton, Copperas Cove, Waco, Hutto, Manor, and Round Rock areas.

As a U.S. Army veteran, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life, PCS moves, and transitioning into a new community. My experience also makes working with veterans and VA buyers especially important to me. I help my clients understand the home buying process, VA financing considerations, negotiations, inspections, and what to expect from contract to closing.
