Of those 138 active listings, 25.36% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Greenburgh grew 7.61% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $785,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
