My background includes 15 years of experience as an Executive Sales Manager in the luxury perfume and cosmetic industry across Central and South America, working with esteemed brands such as L'Oreal, Guerlain Parfums, and Beaute Prestige International.

I hold an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.

In addition to my professional qualifications, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and proficient in French and Portuguese. Over the past 20 years, I have flipped and rented 14 of my own investment properties.

Trying to sell my home by owner is not all cracked up to be what you might think. Sure you may save money on the commissions, but it is not worth the waste of time and lost sales of dealing directly with so called qualified buyers.
