Inventory in Indian Springs has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 50 percent from a year ago. Months of supply has climbed sharply year over year as well, now at 6.4 months, signaling a shift toward more options for buyers. Even with more homes available, closed sales are up over 28 percent compared with the same period last year, while pending sales have dropped, hinting that some recent demand has cooled.
