Eugene Wisniewski did a wonderful job taking care of what was needed to sell my late mother's house. I live in another state, and was able to meet with Eugene twice at the property while dealing with estate sales and cleanout & communicated by phone, email & text as he kept me in the loop with all details, issues and concerns. He priced the house well, and got an offer $30k above initial asking price, which was fantastic!
Eugene and his team took care of the few minor issues to be resolved to satisfy the town and buyer prior to sale. The contract came through quickly, the closing had no issues once scheduled (not far off the anticipated close date), and I am delighted with the results all around.

We were astounded at the lengths to which Eugene was willing to go to help us get our property on the market and sold! We live 3,000 miles from the property we were selling, so support in NJ was essential. From price setting, marketing, staging, referrals for contractors , charities for furniture donation , junk disposable... you name it... Eugene was on top of it! We could not have gotten this property sold without him! He is an A+ broker!
