Every aspect of selling this home from pricing, marketing, open house, inspections and negotiating price was stress free due to Eugene Wisniewski's expertise. He was always 100% reachable, no matter when you contacted him. If any unexpected issues arose, Eugene would always have a solution. His pricing estimation was on mark and his marketing exceeded our expectations, as proven by the number of offers submitted.
