I was raised by hardworking Portuguese immigrant parents who were self-employed, so hard work and entrepreneurship are simply part of who I am. I learned early in life that success doesn't come from waiting for things to happen—you work for it.
I'm also not shy about giving my clients my professional opinion. I will tell you what I believe you need to know, not simply what you want to hear. My job is to protect your interests, properly position your property, market it aggressively, and help you walk away from your sale knowing we did everything possible to maximize its value.
