Felix Rua Rua

I began my professional career in the banking industry in 2001, building a strong foundation in finance and client service. In 2005, I transitioned into the mortgage industry, where I gained extensive knowledge of home financing and the home-buying process.

In 2014, I took the next step in my real estate journey by becoming a licensed real estate associate. Since then, I have continued to grow and expand my knowledge across all aspects of the real estate industry. My experience in banking and mortgage lending has given me a unique understanding of the financial side of real estate, while my years working directly with buyers and sellers have strengthened my ability to guide clients through every step of the process. Today, I bring more than two decades of combined experience in banking, mortgage lending, and real estate to every client I serve. My true passion is representing both sellers and buyers and guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

Outside of real estate, I am a devoted family man. I have been married for over 28 years and am the proud father of an 18-year-old son. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and our dogs, Scooter and Toby.
