It has been amazing working with Roger. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions/concerns, roger was available at all times to answer our every doubts and show us the homes any time we asked for. He was patient, prompt in his responses and calm throughout the process. He went above and beyond in his efforts to find us a good deal in this unpredictable housing market post-pandemic. He was thorough with the contract paperwork, and also advised regarding local services/vendors after closing.

Working with Roger made my first home buying experience super simple and much easier than I expected. Roger has to be the BEST person I have worked with. I am very pleased with Roger’s professionalism. From the start he wanted what we wanted, he had quick responses to all our new home buyer questions. He was literally hands on Fixing things at our new home, making sure we got our house in time. Our home wouldn’t of been ready without your handiwork.

Roger has been working with my wife and I for the past few years as our home search started/stopped multiple times as circumstances had changed with our apartment lease and job changes, etc. He was always available to show us properties in the central FL area and more than happy to do so! He remained patient with us as our search started/stopped a few times, and we greatly appreciated his understanding as circumstances changed.

We successfully closed on our first home yesterday, and Roger was available throughout the whole process, walking us through everything and answering any questions we had. Roger even made himself available early in the morning to be our witness for the notary assigned to our closing. We greatly enjoyed working with Roger in finding our first home, and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy, as his expertise as a realtor (and overall a great guy) is evident by anyone who works with him! Roger helped us determine the correct price of the house we wanted to sell (higher than we thought). He presented evidence that proved right regarding the pricing of the house and the positives and negatives of open houses. We definitely felt informed, and educated by Roger, every decision was made with his expert advice.

Next time we are buying or selling a home, Roger will be my first call.
