Frank was a phenomenal agent! He was extremely positive and available when it came to us finding our house. It took awhile for us to find our home and Frank was always more than happy to show us any house we wanted to look at in a timely expedited manner through our busy schedules, as well as any neighborhood, this included us going across the valley as well to search. He came well prepared when it came to every house we toured with a clipboard for us to take notes on as well as the listing of the home. As first time home buyers, we had many questions and Frank was so kind to answer all of them and ease some of the stress that goes into searching for a house. Any questions we had for the buyers as well that pertained to electric bills, gas bills, etc., Frank was quick to gather that information and send over to us. We are so grateful for Frank and highly recommend him as an agent!

I met Frank at an open house 3-4 years before I was ready to relocate.. His knowledge of Sun City and willingness to answer my many questions even though he knew I wasn’t buying at that time stuck with me. I took his card and he was the only call I made when the time to relocate occurred. I told him what I was looking for and he listened!! He compiled a list of houses to show me that were spot on. No high pressure sales pitches. He patiently showed me homes, answered every single question I had (many!). Once a contract was signed, he kept me fully informed every step of the way as to where we were in the process and what I should expect along the way. Every call, text or email was promptly answered.
