We had solar on our property and that made things difficult where a lot of offers fell through. They stuck by us and continued to help and change strategies. They sold the property for whoever was living there.

I met Mike & Sally over the internet in 2011. I was living in Ca at the time and needed to relocate to AZ. long story short. I needed to be out of where I was living fast. Sally and Mike did everything they could, to find the house that would fit my familys needs. They would communicate with me on a daily bases and sending me pics on houses. I ended up moving back to AZ about a month later. Since then I have gotten 2 rentals they found for me. My kids have used them and my uncle bought 2 residences from Mike & Sally. My husband and I bought our first home from them 2018, and let me tell you, they went though alot trying to find me my perfect home. I think we looked at like 30-40 houses, I though they would give up on me. THEY NEVER DID! They stuck by us untill the perfect house came along.
