We would highly recommend Mike & Sally Liddicoat to sell your home. They managed this rental property sale in Arizona while we lived in Arvada CO. They went above and beyond to recommend a landscaper to pull weeds so we could stay compliant with HOA rules. If they had not stayed on top of every piece of the process we would still be waiting to close. The buyers agent, lender and Title Company were subpar but Mike & Sally's expertise was truly a blessing.

Mike and Sally are amazing to work with! They sat down with us and made a point to know about us, our family, and our future goals. They helped us to set realistic expectations and were critical in us being able to sell our home and purchase our new one. Whether it was by phone or call there was always prompt communication. They helped in sifting through the offers that weren't right for us and their industry knowledge allowed us to avoid mistakes we would've made on our own. They were always quick to lay all of the cards on the table regarding the property and during negotiations. We had solar on our property and that made things difficult where a lot of offers fell through. They stuck by us and continued to help and change strategies. I cannot say this enough, but if you choose Mike and Sally, they will work hard, listen to you, and be in your corner even through complications. They were and still are a blessing to our household.
