Gabby is awesome! She recently helped me both buy and sell (at the same time) and she was terrific on both sides. As a seller's agent she had great recommendations for making the home more marketable, and kept the process as easy as possible on us, while working hard to get the best buyer. And she ended up getting us a full price buyer! She was equally effective on the buying side - getting us a wonderful property in the area we wanted and handling all the challenges of a difficult seller. She never lost her cool, and in fact made sure that for us the process was as smooth as possible. She's very knowledgeable about the area and has an amazing network that helped us at every step. Bottom line, Gabby is incredibly easy to work with - she's very responsive, focused and strategic. She found a buyer at the open, and we accepted the buyer's offer --well over our asking price-- the same day! It's a pleasure to work with an experienced professional who really knows how to make things happen. Her "can do" attitude, and outstanding customer service --she drove 60 miles after work to pick up our keys-- kept our deal moving along smoothly. Thanks to her efforts to keep on track, the deal concluded within the 30 day escrow period. We were happy about that short escrow. Really, in our view, she is the best.
