Gavin Schmid

Gavin Schmid was born and raised in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Gavin’s experience as a multi-sport competitive athlete taught her discipline, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. Her experience collaborating with community members and peers highlighted the importance of building and maintaining positive relationships.

Her family owns a reliable and well trusted construction company which is also located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The company, Schmid Construction, has been open for 24 years. Being around the construction industry her whole life has fueled her passion for real estate.
