I have known Greg and Ellen for over 10 years, both in professional practice and also on a personal level. They are an amazing team and go above and beyond in their dedication and level of service to really make you feel like you are in good hands. Their expertise and knowledge of real estate, coupled with their involvement with the AIA and Architectural field really puts them in the top tier of real estate practitioners. They were able to sell my Scottsdale home BEFORE they even had it listed and it sold beyond my pricing expectations. As a side note, my home was not an architectural gem and needed pretty much a full remodel, yet Greg treated it like it was a Will Bruder home. I would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling a home as you will be receiving some of the best service from a very kind and humble group of individuals!
