Helen was a life saver. Honestly , we can't imagine how we would ever have navigated all of the ins and outs. Our dear friend referred her to us and from the moment we met her we knew this is who we were going to work with. We were selling a condo in my husband's family so we also had to some how learn how to deal with probate and selling the condo. But, Helen saved the day! Her knowledge of all things required to go on this path gave us the peace of mind we needed to get it done. She was patient, kind, had a great sense of humor, and worked so hard to bring this to point of selling the condo. We will recommend her and her team to everyone. Helen was a dream to work with! Being out of state buyers, we had to rely on Helen to be our eyes on the ground in Chicago, and she went to some showings herself and recorded videos to share with us. Helen is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She has represented our family twice as a buyer and once as a seller.
