I can't thank Irma enough for her flexibility and expertise. We had six weeks to find and close on a house because of our lease expiration, and very little knowledge of the area and market - not to mention no experience at all in the home buying process. Irma not only rose to the occasion but had us closing on our new home in even less time! She really knew the areas and markets in Verona, Nutley, Clifton, Bloomfield, Montclair and the surrounding areas, and was able to guide us successfully through this crazy housing market. Irma was very responsive and sent us home listings daily; she made appointments quickly and was flexible to our schedule. She was also incredibly helpful during the inspections, recommending vendors and helping us understand what questions to ask (did I mention we're first time homebuyers?). Thanks to Irma, we found a home we love in a great area, and closed on it last week - around five weeks from when we started looking. She was a true partner to us, always pleasant and lovely to work with, and I'd work with her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
