My family needed to relocate to Louisiana from out-of-state, but because of the Covid situation we were not able to shop for a house in person. We wanted to move to the Northshore. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable of the Mandeville, Madisonville, Covington, Hammond, and Slidell areas. He knew the school districts, shopping areas, traffic patterns, and commute times. We depended on Jacob in every way for the purchase of our new home. He was always available to talk when we had questions. He took pictures, videos, and he even has a drone that showed us the aerial views of the homes that we wanted to see. We felt like we were there. We trusted him to find us the perfect home in the perfect area, and we are so glad we put our faith in him. My family has now relocated successfully to Covington and we couldn't be happier with our new home and neighborhood.

Jacob was very friendly at first introduction and throughout the course of buying my home. His demeanor had not changed from the first time I spoke to him. What I appreciated about Jacob was that he was very knowledgeable about DSLD homes and explained the process from beginning to end and through the course of the building stage. I was relieved to know that if I had a problem I could call Jacob and he would return my phone call in a timely manner, always polite and always willing to help. I learned that Jacob on more than one occasion noted a flaw or mistake and would alert me. But not only would he contact me he would ask me if I would like him to check with DSLD about the problem.
