Jacob helped us to sell an investment home in Hammond, LA. During the process, Jacob paid attention to all details, sent us the sales comps and find a professional photographer to take pictures of our house. We had two offers the same day Jacob put it on the MLS. In the process, the deal almost fell through because the buyer's agent sent the deposit to a private house by mistake, this was not Jacob's responsibility, nevertheless, he followed through where the buyer put the money in and get it to the correct location.
