"The company is top notch, and Julie did really well selling the house for me. But I leave honest reviews and have been hesitant to leave this one... But she was really bad about keeping communication appointments, even important ones where you were sitting on the edge of your seat. To be honest I don't feel like she respected my time whatsoever. I'm sure she's busy, I'm sure she didn't mean to drop the ball with me, but she did and in a bad enough way that I got very frustrated. I tried to jokingly say something about it but she seriously took it as just a joke. Telling somebody on more than one occasion that you will call them in an hour and doing so 6 hours later is simply not okay. She is however a very sweet woman and I know she means well.
