If you want to buy a HOME, I strongly recommend Noel to everyone. He does not work in the interest of the seller or the commission that he gets by selling you a property. I own 3 properties and never ran into a realtor like Noel. Most of the realtors would push you to buy a place so that they can move on to the next client and get their commission.
