Kaleb was AMAZING! This was our first home and it was a little nerve racking to say the least. He was there every step of the way. When we first started looking I was working nights in a local ER and Kaleb was very accommodating to my work hours when responding to my questions and concerns. I was never made to fill like we could not get a house we were interested in. Kaleb made sure we knew the odds but he never tried to talk us out of putting an offer on a property and did his best to get us the best possible outcome. A lot of people have asked me if they show other properties that are not Keller Williams and the answer is yes. I would send Kaleb a list and he would show me all no matter who the listing was through. I can not say enough for everything they did for us. I highly recommend Kaleb! Dave Nichols was my agent. As you know purchasing a house is stressful - well not with Dave on your side. He explained everything, was in constant contact, kind, funny and so easy to work with. Samantha was awesome! She helped with our video tours and went back if we had specific questions on the property. Very responsive and helpful! She mad or across the country move a whole lot easier!
