Jeff's knowledge of the market in Carolina Beach was very helpful to me when I was trying to make a decision on the location where I wanted to buy...he was patient and worked with me for over a year as I was looking for a very specific location on the island... And we found it and I love it. I would definitely use Jeff again and would recommend him to anyone shopping for property at Carolina Beach.

My husband and I were relocating from NJ with a tight timeline. Jeff and his team were understanding of our situation and very attentive. Jeff Lesley was a pleasure to work with. I moved from Hickory NC to the Wilmington area and knew no one. My agent back in Hickory referred me to Jeff after doing some research on agents in the area that she thought would be good for me. She wasn't wrong! Jeff and his team was excellent throughout the whole process. If Jeff wasnt available, which was hardly ever the case, his assistant Kristin was and she was also very knowledgeable. If you are moving to the Wilmington area and you need a realtor I highly recommend Jeff Lesley and his team. Also, if you need a quality lender Amanda Green was awesome at Alpha Mortgage. With Jeff as your realtor and Amanda at Alpha working for you it doesn't get any easier or better!

I have dealt over the years with many sales agents and found most all of them lacking in areas that prevented me from ever feeling any loyalty to any of them. This probably includes five or six different realtors and millions of dollars of property that I have bought and sold but Jeff is the first person to live up to professionally coming in and doing the job you would hope for. Not a bunch of grand-standing or talk, just quietly , professionally getting the job done whenever possible.

Was able to not grab at the first offer knowing it could tie up the property in an unqualified buyer. He also played two buyers nicely against each other. When a horrendous property inspection came in he was able to negotiate the repair costs to half of what they wanted.

Always , promptly gets back with me on any issue. I recommend Jeff Lesley anytime the subject of real estate comes up.

We contacted Jeff Lesley originally when we saw a yard sign for a neighborhood that we were interested in. We had talked with several brokers and agents that didn't seem to connect with us or have the knowledge that Jeff had about the industry and the area. Jeff was super helpful from beginning to end in both the sale of our house and the purchase of another. I would highly recommend him and his team in the future.

Jeff really took the time to ask us what we were looking for and question some of our comments and wants - ultimately leading us to the house that we purchased! He also helped us understand what we needed to do to facilitate the previous sale of our house, really sharing his knowledge of the market and the contract process. I'm not sure another agent would have been so successful on either end!

Jeff Lesley is amazing at his job. We were so impressed with his in depth knowledge of the market, not just in one area of town but all of Wilmington. Also love how he keeps his iPad mini with all the time so he doesn't miss any details.

I was from out of town and everything was handeled remotely. Jeff explained the process at the very beginning and it played out exactly like he said. Can't ask for more than that. The house I ended up purchasing turned out to be better than the one I initially inquired about. Also the mortgage and insurance people Jeff connected me were also excellent.

Jeff Lesley and the extended team at both Century 21 Sweyer and Alpha Mortgage were outstanding partners in this endeaver. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the search, selection and closing processes. Jeff was very forthright regarding all aspects of homes and neighborhoods which was critical for me being from out of town. Jeff continues to stay involved post closing by providing names of competent service providers..I recognize this was a small dollar sale but I never felt like Jeff was not giving me his all....I would highly recommend this team to anyone interested in buying and financing in the coastal area.
