After using Jeff Lesley as our buyers agent in 2014 we knew we could count on him again as our sellers agent in 2017. As we unexpectedly had to sell our home after a short period of owning it Jeff made the process easy and helped to alleviate a very stressful situation.

I would consider myself an analytical customer. I had many questions throughout the entire purchase process and appreciate detailed and thorough responses. Jeff worked with us for about a year and a half as we searched for a home, and he delivered head and shoulders above our expectations. He was extremely prompt and responsive throughout the entire process and negotiated an incredible deal for us on the purchase price. Jeff Lesley has significant knowledge of the area and I trust his information to be very accurate. It was as if he was ahead of the process at every step, anticipating our next move, and providing sound advice looking ahead. I would give Jeff a 10/10 and would highly recommend him. There are two people from whom the absolute truth is required. One is your attorney and the other is your realtor. We hired Jeff Lesley because he was completely truthful with my son when he took my son's listing and our choice was validated when we got real world numbers for our listing also. Jeff is a professional and century21backs him with the professional resources to get the job done as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended.

Jeff Lesley went way beyond what I expected of him. There was a lot of overhead associated with the sale of this property. Jeff had to coordinate with 3 people that are not in NC. Jeff was easy to get a hold of, responded quickly, gave very comprehensive answers I could understand, and had a really good plan right from the get go. Complex situations were not a problem for him.

Jeff Lesley was invaluable insofar as his knowledge of the area and rules of Landfall. He was always punctual and courteous. He knows real Southern hospitality. A very honest and truthful individual. Would recommend Jeff Lesley to all friends and family members.

He knew the market, and what to consider for the various ages and locations of homes throughout the area. He also had a good personality that made talking with him easy.
