It was clear from our first contact that Jeff Lesley knew how to market/sell properties. For our project, I was looking for the agent/team who I had confidence could perform.

Jeff and his assistant Emily DeLuke have been totally involved in all aspects of what became two difficult sales/closings. I've spent an entire career negotiating real estate contracts and I'm pleased to say that Jeff's advice on handling the negotiations of two property sales was perfect. And once under contract, there were dozens of "loose ends" and Emily jumped all over them. Jeff would call me daily to report progress and review decisions, In so doing, he provided advice based on his experience, but also was respectful of my position as owner/seller.

Jeff Lesley and his closing coordinator, Emily DeLuke, have been the most professional team I have ever encountered in any business dealing. Being as this was our very first home purchase, my husband and I weren’t sure what to expect. But, Jeff and Emily made the process easy and were happy to explain anything we were unsure of. Jeff kept our best interests in mind during the whole process and during any and all negotiations.
