Jeff Lesley's track record of success initially caught my attention when seeking a realtor, but that was soon surpassed by his personal engagement and professionalism as well as his in-depth knowledge of the market in Carolina Beach. He and his team were the ultimate professionals, always available to answer any questions/concerns. He stayed on top of every single showing and provided us feedback from potential buyers within a couple hours of each visit. When negotiating an offer, he truthfully advised us and followed through on every aspect of the sale through closing. Outstanding! If I had other property in the area, I would not trust the marketing and sale of it to anyone but Jeff.
