Even when she was out of town Jen accommodated us very well with the help of her assistant.
She was very honest and patient explaining all the ins and outs of home buy to my wife and I who were 1st time home buyers.
If she didn't think a house was right for us, she didn't push us to buy. She really wanted to make sure my wife and I were happy with our future home.

When we first decided to call Jen Burns to market and sell our house, she met with us and went through our house, yard and concerns with us. One important thing Jen did before it was listed was give us some advice on how to get the house ready for the market by recommending Nelson Clean Care to get our attic ready and had names of other handy men to fix little things. Jen was very honest about setting a good price for our house by showing us comparables and knowing how homes in our area were selling. Jen put the house into the multi-listing system as soon as it was listed and the pictures were taken. Appointments for showings started the next day. After three days of many showings, we received three offers to purchase on the fourth day. We thought that was amazing. Jen helped us decided which was the best offer and guided us through the home inspection phase and getting all repairs and well and water tests done on time. The closing went fast and smoothly.
The best thing about Jen Burns was how confident and positive she was in assuring us that a buyer would be found for our house and making us believe in the assets our property had. Jen was always glad to answer our questions and kept us fully up to date on the whole selling process. We would certainly recommend Jen Burns to anyone selling or buying a home or property because she believes in her clients.
Jennifer took the time to understand our situation and our desire to sell quickly. She provided helpful feedback on "must fix" items, as well as honest and unbiased information on how the various changes would affect sale price. She did not try to steer us in any particular direction, but provided the realistic pros and cons of our decisions.
