I wanted to drop you a quick note regarding Jeremiah Oswald. He is the listing agent for one of my relocating employees in Summerville. Jeremiah has been so involved with this process as the transferee vacated the property before listing. As you know relocation has inspections and appraisers that need to make appointments. Not only has he made himself available for these appointments but he has also assisted in meeting contractors for the transferee to coordinate work that we required to be completed. The transferee wouldn’t have been able to complete this process without him. Jeremiah has truly been a partner with NEI and we value his assistance!

Jeremiah was awesome. From the second I met him he was very prepared and laid out a detailed plan on how he was going to sell my house fast. I was very impressed with him and he made the whole process very easy for me. I would definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Jeremiah was so kind. For the 4th of July, he took it upon himself to place flags in front of all the mailboxes on our street. It had to be over 100 houses. His gesture of American pride and neighborly kindness was very much appreciated.
