Jeremiah Oswald was great to work with. If Carolina One real estate Includes Carolina One Mortgage then I can not in good conscience make any future recommendations. Carolina One Mortgage personnel were not very professional, leaving Jeremiah, others, my wife, and I to find for ourselves when it really counted, I guess when you don’t have to worry about your next client you can do whatever works.
