This was our first experience using a flat rate realtor (LocalRealty), so I was a bit skeptical as to how much we could save, instead of using a traditional realtor. We were pleasantly surprised after our house sold. In all stages of selling the home, Gina (and Jeremy) were always professional, responsive and quick to resolve any unforseen issues that popped up during the process. Even when our original cash buyer backed out of the sale, Gina moved quickly and secured a secondary buyer, who actually offered us more than the previous buyer. Gina is very responsive with communication and makes herself available for showings whenever possible. She also does virtual showings for those who cannot get off work to view a house.
