Jeremy made the process so easy for us. After living in our house for 25 years , he had so much patience with us. He always answered our questions and helped us through this process ! This was our first experience using a flat rate realtor (LocalRealty), so I was a bit skeptical as to how much we could save, instead of using a traditional realtor. We were pleasantly surprised after our house sold. In all stages of selling the home, Gina (and Jeremy) were always professional, responsive and quick to resolve any unforseen issues that popped up during the process. Even when our original cash buyer backed out of the sale, Gina moved quickly and secured a secondary buyer, who actually offered us more than the previous buyer. So what could've been a negative situation, actualy worked out the best for us. This was a very positive experience. We trust their company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Gina Miller was our realtor and was excellent from the from the selling of our home to the purchase of another home. Gina is very responsive with communication and makes herself available for showings whenever possible. She also does virtual showings for those who cannot get off work to view a house. Gina offered advice and wisdom with the selling and purchasing of our homes. I have recommended her and Jeremy to 3 other people and would definitely you’r use her again if we need her.

I could not have asked for a better agent in my situation than what I had with Jeremy and Gina Miller with LocAL Realty. I am located out of state, and had been renting my property out with a tenant who had stopped paying rent and became unresponsive to communication. I had talked with Jeremy who let me know that as soon as he could access the property, he was ready to act. Once the tenant vacated, Jeremy was able to coordinate multiple contractors, to include HVAC, painters, lawn care, new flooring, etc. to get the house ready for listing. In less than two weeks, the property was put into like-new condition, listed above what I thought I could get, and sold for $6k above listing price. At no point did I even have to return to the property during the sale - Jeremy and Gina took care of everything. In total, it took less than 6 weeks for Jeremy and Gina to completely renovate the property, get it listed, negotiate a sale, and close above asking price. We couldn't be happier!
