Our search for a home spanned multiple counties & a wide-range of ideas; we thought we wanted a house on an acre, maybe something historic; we also thought maybe a smaller home, in an established neighborhood would be best for us. Whatever we considered, Jim was ready to answer our many questions & offer assistance! Once we chose our home the process was very smooth. Jim kept us up to date while we waited on the paperwork & made everything seem very easy.

I initially began my house hunt with a different agent/agency. After feeling like I was working with an unresponsive agent, Jim came as a reference from my sister who purchased a house one year ago with his help. So glad I made the change!

Jim is personable, educated, patient, responsive and did I mention patient?! I felt comfortable asking any and all questions, even if I felt like they were dumb. No such thing as a dumb question with Jim.

Even when I was getting worried that I wouldn't find the one for me during or new way of social distance living, Jim always reassured me that I would find it. He made the process fairly easy and seamless. I would recommend anyone and everyone to have Jim as your agent!

Over the last two years (yes YEARS), of the challenging journey to find our dream home, Jim has proven to be the most effective communicator, negotiator, and ultimately, friend to my husband and me. Through the ups and downs of the market, Jim has navigated us, answered all of our questions, has been patient with our pickiness, and has overall been the most immense help.

As a young couple looking to buy our first home, we felt like deer in headlights. Even with our initial unfamiliarity with the process of getting a mortgage, inspection, etc., Jim has been there to answer even our most elementary questions and requests. His immediate (and I mean within 5 minutes) replies, reiterations, and thorough explanations have been considerably reassuring.

Sadly, this review only allows us to award 5 stars, but Jim is deserving of the real estate equivalent of 3 Michelin stars.
