Jo was outstanding for us. We've used her the last two moves and she not only listed and sold our homes, but assisted in many items that show she's willing to go beyond what a normal agent would do. For example, we had several repair issues that needed addressing of which she had great referrals. We needed help in how to present our home of which she provided great insight into the mind of a buyer. Jo supplied all the names of all the contractors we selected to update our house including: entire exterior and interior paint and sheetrock repairs after extensive foundation pier installation; removal of wall paper and application of hand scraped texture; new kitchen granite countertops and tile. Jo placed a "Coming Soon" sign in the yard while the work was being performed and we had a signed contract to the eventual buyer within 3 days of placing the sign in the yard...while the remodeling work was still being performed! Her experience, attention to detail and professionalism is simply outstanding. I would never consider using anyone else to list/sell our home.

We were selling my parents home after they moved in to an assisted living facility due to health issues. Jo did a spectacular job. She helped with lining up contractors to do needed repairs. Helped expedite getting a new roof put on under insurance. The first deal happened on the open house she set up when we listed the home. A month later the buyers financing fell thru. She was able to secure the earnest money for my parents and listed the house immediately with another open house. We had several offers to pick from above the listed price. She was able to sell the house and got 12k over listing price (including the earnest money from the first deal). I would definitely recommend her.
