Fairview currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge at a seller’s market despite signs of cooling. Months of supply has risen to about 4.3 months in the latest rolling three-month period, up more than a quarter from a year ago. Homes are also taking longer to sell, with median days on market climbing to 61 days, up from about 45 days last year.
