Joanie Keating answered my initial call immediately even though she was at the beach on vacation. She apologized she would be unable to meet with us for 3 days as she was out of town. She scheduled an appointment to meet with us as soon as she returned. She was always quick to get back to us. We always felt she had time for us and she was always patient and helpful with our many phone calls and questions.

Joanie really seemed to get us and our needs. She was understanding when our dream home took a bit to find. She also put up with our very wide range of interested locations and sometimes drove quite far to show us some properties. We truly found our dream home and couldn't be happier. Is the best! Century 21 is very lucky to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable employee working for them.
