We went headfirst into buying a house and we got a crash course with Joe. Joe was ready to go to any house I wanted to see but was also ready to give me the truth about any red flags he saw. He's really good about listening to your needs and showing you a bunch of different options within your budget. He is also very flexible with house showings and is quick with communication.
