Old Fort had 7 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—up 62.5% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.

Of those 13 active listings, 38.46% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Old Fort fell 56.08% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $305,000. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
