Joe Higgins has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and brings that passion to Coldwell Banker. Originally from Michigan, Joe moved to North Carolina in 2010 and has lived in Charlotte area with his wife and three kids ever since. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Joe was a teacher and coach. Having spent the earlier part of his career helping students work to achieve their goals, Joe learned to be patient, detail-oriented, and a strong advocate for others. He continues to coach youth sports in the Charlotte area, keeping him connected to the community.
