September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $464,000—up 16.0% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $460,000 in Union County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $437,500 in October.
Indian Trail had 207 active listings in September, including 72 new listings. Overall, active listings were down 5.91% from the previous month.
Of those 207 active listings, 29.95% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Indian Trail grew 7.58% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $489,500. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
