Valley’s rolling three-month numbers show notable year-over-year shifts. Typical home values are down sharply over the past year, with the median sale price off nearly 29 percent. At the same time, more properties are hitting the market and changing hands, as new listings are up about 37 percent and homes sold have climbed roughly 21 percent versus a year ago.
Conditions in the latest rolling period through May 2026 point to a brisk seller-leaning environment.
