Joey was great to work with. He made viewing the apartment easy to schedule and convenient. He had excellent communication with the landlord and negotiated the key terms of our lease agreement with ease, despite the lack of communication and poor service provided by the landlord's listing agent. JR Shah was completely non-communicative, slow to respond and unreasonable in his negotiation. If it weren't for the professionalism of Joey, we would never have been able to finalize our lease agreement with the wonderfully easy-to-work with landlord. Joey is an asset to Century 21 Discovery, while JR Shah is a tremendous liability. Rather than represent his client's best interest, he only focused on this own. Will never work with JR Shah ever again, he treated us as tenants with contempt and deception.
