Chino is currently tilted toward sellers, with the market gauge indicating a seller’s market. Homes are typically valued around the mid-$700,000s, and supply is somewhat limited. Months of supply sits near three months, which helps keep conditions tight for buyers.
Looking at this rolling three-month view through June 2026, prices are modestly higher than a year ago, with the typical home value up a few percent year over year.
