John Clark

I have been casually acquainted with John for about 14 years now. I have always been impressed by his sincerity and humble demeanor. We bumped into each other about 8 or nine months ago and he mentioned that he was working in real estate. A couple of months after that my wife and I found ourselves in a position to purchase our first home. I did not hesitate to tell my wife that I thought John would be the perfect person to help us make it become a reality. John guided us through the entire process and kept us from making a rookie mistake on one or two places that we really did like. In the end, we were able to get a place that checks all the boxes and is more than we could have asked for or imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.

I worked worked with John for almost a year as I tried to relocate from SoCal to San Rafael. John and a friend went to look at several homes as I couldn’t be there in person. Using FaceTime, John went over each home with a contractor’s keen eye and though it wasn’t in own interest, he repeatedly advised me not to buy. He was honest and skilled. He truly puts his clients first. I’ve worked with many reators and he’s the best.

We recently sold our condo with John's help. We decided to list our property with him because he had sold multiple units in the area, and we are so glad we did. Even though, we are in a sellers market, Jhon did a lot of work off front to be well prepared for the showing. As result, we had multiple strong offers the first day.

Selling our house was difficult because of the sentimental attachment, but John's easy going and nice personality made the process easier.
