For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $777,500 in Sonoma County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $775,000 in December.
Rohnert Park had 23 new listings and 32 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 87—down 14.71% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
Of those 87 active listings, 32.18% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Rohnert Park grew 21.06% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $799,000. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 59 days, compared to 77 days in November 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be decreasing. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this December.
