For us we needed a realtor who was willing to listen, be patient, understand our feelings but also help us make decisions not on our emotions. John met and over exceeded our expectations. He was always available no matter what time of day. He was caring and thoughtful when it came to what we needed and wanted with selling and buying a home. He would explain everything to us multiple times mostly because I didn’t understand a lot, ha. He never made me feel less than or that any of my questions were silly. He would take his time and make sure that everything was answered...John isn’t just a realtor. He’s there for you even if it’s not part of his job. He goes above and beyond to help and we can’t thank him enough for everything that he’s done for us. I can’t recommend him enough if you need to buy or sell a home. He was there through the whole process making sure everything went smoothly. It's been over two weeks since we closed on the new house and he’s still checking in with us.

He really took the time to make sure everything was right, showed up to all our new construction meetings, and was overall such an easy person to work with. I’ve worked with John twice now. His expertise as a realtor is second to none. I always feel like I’m in good hands working with him. Not only is John a top notch realtor, but he’s also a stellar human being with great integrity. John knows the real estate business inside and out. He always has a calm demeanor, and is courteous, kind, professional, prompt and goes above and beyond for his clients.
Most recently, John not only sold my home very quickly, but he also walked me through some concerns I was having while buying another house across the state.
