Never have I met a real estate agent with the work ethic, kindness, selflessness and patience that Joe has. He will work 24/7 on even the smallest of deals showing that he is in this to deliver A++ service regardless of how big or small the deal is for himl. I was looking to move up from a smaller condo in the SDSU area and was put into contact with Joe. I was a bit hesitant at first because his office is about 2.5 hours away, but that did not deter Joe one bit. Over the course of 18 months, Joe searched many homes, condos, and townhouses in the San Diego area personally visiting over 20. As I am not local to the area (I live in Virginia!) this was extremely beneficial to me. When Joe found the "right" place, I immediately sent an email authorizing an offer.
