Writing this review about 6 months after we bought the property.
The good: Josh was excellent at navigating the remote home buying process. It’s difficult to coordinate and he did a good job with the scheduling. Josh is also very kind and that makes writing the next part difficult.
The bad: Despite our repeated communication regarding the roof and plumbing, Josh was not able to facilitate quality repairs and the associated bills. Six months later and we have had issues with roofing and plumbing. I recommend that Josh, and other buyers, stay adamant on quality and transparency.
