My husband and I met Dustin while scoping out houses to buy. We already had a broker that kept saying "go look at it and if it looks good, we can set up a time to go see it." I can assure you Dustin is NOT that kind of broker!! When we wanted to go see a house, he met us there ! We are so grateful that we ran into him. We met him at a house he was trying to sell, picked his brain for at least a 1/2 hour, and knew we had the wrong broker. He was there ALWAYS. And our purchase was not easy. We had some bumps in the road, but Dustin was there, keeping our spirits up, or calming us down. Since buying our house 2 weeks ago, if I have a question (and I have ) I call him and he answers. He does not forget you after the deal is done. I feel like he is a friend now. I share pics and stories with him, about how the house is coming along . He always comments which makes me feel connected still. Dustin is a very hard working man, that will see you through, start to and after finish. YOU CAN'T GO

Not just leaving this review because I’ve known Dustin for over 10 years, but because he truly is a great realtor. At the beginning of the process of deciding to put our house in the market, our neighbors decided to do a cash offer, his mom wasn’t going to handle it, we told Dustin we would just use him for the new home instead, he was polite about it, understood, asked if we needed him to look over the contract and said we wouldn’t have to pay for anything, but just wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Long story short, we should have had him involved regardless. We were drug around by the potential buyers, it fell through. We took our sweet time, probably the worst clients but Dustin is incredibly patient. By the time everything was said and done and it was time for our home to go on the market, he knew it was a fixer upper and the buyers agents who would be interested because he knew we wanted out quickly. With in 7 hours, our home was under contract and closed within a month

This was my 1st time buy a home. Dustin was great I can be difficult sometimes but he was always there to answer all my questions and help me through the process. Great group of people and I would highly recommend them. Thank y’all so much!!

Impressive, but that was only the beginning!

He was available ANY time we contacted him.

Dustin is an amazing dude. This our first home buying experience and I've always heard how stressful the process is. But that's not my story at all. Dustin helped with every step of the way I'm pretty sure that if I asked him to help me move he would of lol. My family and i appreciate all that he did. Dustin was by far the best option we could have ever asked for. My fiance and I was searching for a new home and to get out of our condo. I had talked to a few realtors and the communication was lacking. Now I am a picky person and when my fiance said Dustin had been sending her listings(I have no idea for how long or even when she signed up for info) I decided to give him a shot. He blew the doors off with professionalism and I could tell he was the perfect match for us. We were here in Knoxville for two days. We didn't have an agent, but were looking for homes on Zillow. We happened to run into each other at a house we were interested in, and we hit it off. We put in an offer that weekend! He's a great agent, super friendly and personable, knowledgeable, and driven. He's kept in touch since we bought our home and we will be using him again. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for an agent in Knoxville!

My husband and I rarely had the same days off, so planning to see houses together was hard and usually within the hour had a showing. Also we wanted land and that meant driving all over the place. And one time a hike over 6 acres of property! He was on top of everything throughout the process. Even since we bought the house, we have a question, he answers it.
