She went above and beyond what she needed to, in order to make this a smooth process. Karen was fantastic and had our interests in mind. We knew the house needed some updating and with her expertise, priced it accordingly. The prospective buyers tried to negotiate the cost down but Karen held firm and eventually closed on the sale. She was very proactive and helped immensely with cleaning out the unwanted furniture, clothing and various other miscellaneous items. She worked hard for us and I would give her 10 stars if I could.
